Yes, The Rochester Lesbian & Gay Film & Video Festival, Inc. (DBA ImageOut) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. You can download our IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter here.
Is ImageOut sales tax exempt?

Are donations to ImageOut tax deductible?
Depending on your membership or sponsorship level, a portion of your contribution is tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. ImageOut mails tax receipt letters to donors in the first quarter of the year following their donation to their mailing address on file.
